Vitruvian Program

Full-body strength-based program, 16 wks 

Designed to improve performance and physical appearance with

  • Customized Workouts for 16 weeks, 5 days of each week.

  • 2 push-pull upper body workout days, 1 Arms, Shoulders, and Abs day, and 2 leg days. 

  • Nutrition Guidance 7 days a week for the 16 weeks.

  • Access to the easy-to-use Future Self app which provides your workouts, nutrition plan, goal setting, tracking tools, habit building, accountability, and interactions with your trainer.

  • Will need access to a full gym.

Beast Mode Program

Strength accelerator to kick-start your fitness journey, 8 wks 

Designed to fit into your busy schedule while building the body you want through

  • Workouts tailored for guys over 8 weeks, 3 days each week (you pick the days for each of the workouts).

  • 3 full body workouts.

  • Nutrition Guidance 7 days a week for the 8 weeks.

  • Access to the easy to use Future Self app which provides your workouts, nutrition plan, goal setting, tracking tools, habit building, accountability, and interactions with your trainer.

  • Will need access to a full gym.
